Engagement at The Leg

Lexie & Brandon will be tying the knot outside of Canada for a destination wedding (& yes, I get to tag along to capture it all eee!) so they really wanted a different feel for their engagement photos. Lexie had a very clear vision of this classy, flash photography in a historical building. The Manitoba Legislative Building is the perfect location for this in Winnipeg. You can reserve the space for a private tour at no cost (scoreeeee).

With engagement sessions, it’s SO hard to choose what to wear so I will always encourage you to bring 2 outfits if you want a bit of variety. I love that Brandon wore a classic black suit, no tie to keep it a little fun. Lexie’s outfits were the perfect duality of classy & fun.

My clients will often tell me after the session “That was actually kinda fun” and hearing that is music to my ears. I hope I can ease your nerves and just walk you through the entire process. (Also a little shot of tequila before our session never hurts!)
